New little oil stilllife - Jar and Chile
Here is a quick study of a jar and chili I did last night. It painted with think oil paint on a 8X8 gessoed board.

2015...Paint More.
The plan is to do 5 small (8X8) paintings a week and post them. Lately I have been painting more still lifes in my studio. I'm painting faster, more intuitively and worrying less about the outcome. It's been freeing and has helped to improve the paintings in general. More importantly, it's made painting a lot more fun again.
